I am so grateful for the recommendation of Grant and his team. After interviewing many agents for my rental property, it was no contest. Hands down it was NU Management. To Grant, you are not just another client or number or property. No cookie cutter service or handing off to a nameless junior agent in a huge organisation. It was hands on service all the way. The care they took when understanding the type of tenant I wanted, through to the detailed screening of applications was excellent. Just what a first time landlord needs! Plus, the service they are providing the tenant is also amazing - dealing with any questions or issues as they arise and in a timely manner to everyone’s satisfaction. Exceptional service and care from NU Management

It has been an absolute pleasure working with the team at NU Management. Being new to Sydney and feeling apprehensive about finding the right place to live, Grant not only answered all my questions about the apartment, but he was also super supportive and helpful with a number of other things too. Even once I’d moved in, Grant would check in on me to make sure everything was going well or if I had any concerns, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend and would definitely work with this company again!
