10/10 Property Manager!

Having been renters for many years, we've worked with a ton of different property management operators and I have to say, Grant and the NU Mgmt team have been outstanding! Super fast at replying to questions, even just a simple confirmation if they needed to work with a property owner to track something unique down. Grant's not only a gentlemen, he's built a service-focused mgmt group that I would recommend to anyone.
