We engaged Jo-anne Pulsford to sell our property in Tennant Creek, N.T. as Jo-anne regularly visits Tennant Creek as a real estate service to the small but vibrant community and she is very familiar with the potential of the town. Previously Jo-anne has assisted us by providing free property appraisals for the residential dwelling owned in in our Self Managed Super Fund which requires regular valuations to meet the fund compliance requirements. Therefore, we naturally invited Jo-anne to act as our agent to sell the property when we were ready to sell. Jo-anne used her knowledge of the area as we consulted on the best and reasonable price to put the house to the market. Jo-anne actively found us a buyer in a very short time. She guided us through the process to a successful settlement and was in communication frequently with both parties.
