Tanya, from the very first contact, has always been polite and courteous. Over many weeks we had, on a weekly/daily basis, been in contact with her, either phone, text or email. Her handling of the contract negotiations; thou frustrating, however, not her fault at all; was above and beyond. Tanya showed companion and empathy to our plight and ensured that we were successful in achieving our goal of buying our new home.
