The property consists of 223.3 ha (551.77 acres) of level/gently undulating red and brown loam/clay loam soils with an excellent history of inputs. Kittyhawk wheat yielded well in the recent harvest; the stubbles have been sprayed giving a head start for the forthcoming year's cropping/pasture program. Early access available.
Improvements on 'Yurunga' include a weatherboard & fibro home (in need of repair), garage with store room, shearing/machinery shed, hayshed, two x 40 tonne silos and one x 45 tonne silo plus steel stockyards.
