Shay was amazing in all aspects of the process!

From my first enquiry of the inspection and throughout the whole buying process, Shay was immediate to respond and quick to action. She booked me in as soon as I was available for an inspection, working around my busy schedule, and gave me sufficient time to look around. Shay was always available to answer my questions (as a first home buyer there were a lot!) but she never made me feel like I was a burden, she explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and always clarified if necessary. Shay was always willing to go above and beyond, she made buying my first house a memorable experience and I couldn’t thank her enough!
