A professional, co-operative, brilliant experience

Immediately after approaching Jim to sell my property, he informed a number of near neighbours of the listing, so that the first inspections took place before the first advertisements appeared. The descriptions and photographs in the press advertisements were accurate and appealing and appropriate to the nature of the sale. Within a fortnight Jim had conducted a dozen or so inspections with more soon to follow - all done in an honest and particularly friendly manner. The auction was held in the well set up Nutrien Harcourts premises and questions about an enclosed Crown road were openly and forthrightly answered by Jim and my solicitor - so that the auction result was beyond my best expectations - all in all a thoroughly professional and brilliant experience !
