Hard To Sell A Property You Didn't Want To Sell

I provided the photos to save new ones being taken. Being holiday season, when people had more time to look, was a more appropriate when people have time to look. Getting the previous purchase price taken off the internet, provided a better sale price in the end. When I purchased the property was in a poor state of repair, very dirty and very run down. I cleaned it up, fixed the badly stained painted walls, put in new flooring downstairs, mulched the garden beds and made the property far more presentable.
