Covering a total area of 1,151.57ha (2,846ac) the property is comprised of gently undulating contoured farming through to areas of timbered hills interspersed with open & lightly timbered grazing throughout creeks and waterways. Soils are predominantly heavy black & brown/reddish-brown basalt soils with original vegetation consisting of mainly kurrajong, myall, belah, wilga & boonery.
