Warrick is a fantastic with communication contacting me regularly throughout the whole process from before I sign the contract until the final settlement. Warrick was extremely knowledgeable when it came to what the housing market is doing even in a small country town where my house is located. Was able to help with direction on advertising, a great listener and not over bearing with my wishes of what is it I wanted in connection of the house sale. He is easy to talk to and will give you great advice, but will go along with whatever my choices were. He is extremely loyal to you as the client to get the very best outcome.
