The property has frontage to the privately owned Blackman Dam and also fronts onto over 400 meters of the Blackman River that flows from ranges above.
This block is over 380 acres and ranges from gently undulating native grassland with a strong covering of poa tussocks on the land around the dam to steep forested hillsides over 500 meters above sea level. The forested land has never been logged.
There is frontage to the Old Tier Road, and to highlight the fact it has never been disturbed there is no formal entry way onto the property so access can be wherever you wish to put in an access point, and the southern boundary is unfenced.
