Calmed my first time buyers nerves

As a first time home buyer and single parent with 2 teenagers Pete was fantastic to deal with. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a home, he made suggestions that he thought were important that i hadn't even considered. I had a small buying budget, Pete stayed within my budget while showing me plenty of options, from houses that needed work to those that were ready to move straight into. He answered any and all of my questions, offered suggestions and recommendations when I ran ideas past him. Checked in regularly to calm my first time buyers nerves. So glad to have had Pete help me buy my first home.
