Excellent Service

Paul Reid was the agent for a home we recently purchased. Paul has excellent people skills. In our case, there was some special and somewhat challenging circumstances that needed to be considered during the process of the sale/purchase of this home and Paul was exceptional with how he handled this. He was sensitive and respectful to the needs of both the seller and ourselves, he was able to demonstrate great empathy and kindness. He was an excellent and transparent communicator and very accommodating to the many requests and questions that both the seller and we had during the process. He also has a great eye for detail and a sound knowledge of the local property market. I truly believe the sale/purchase of the property went as seamlessly as it did because of Paul's excellent character and ability. I couldn't recommend him highly enough; he was great.
