Sharon right from the start took control of my home. It originally had tenants and was photographed with the tenants furniture. Prior to going to market Sharon presented me with an offer of $565k and suggested I reject the offer and advertise the property and that I would achieve more. In the interim the tenant moved out and at this time it was suggested that the property be professionally staged and photos be re done. The end result was the property sold for $590k with a small outlay on staging and advertising, I walked away with an extra $20k in my pocket...money well invested.
