Easy to communicate, understanding, accommodating, pleasure to deal with.

From our first communication we found Alistair to be courteous, accommodating & knowledgable. He was very obliging even staying back a while when we were running late for open house. We had a good chat about what the market was looking like, what sort of properties were on offer & if they were value for money. He was genuine in his advice, not trying to hard sell but allowing time for us to decide. When we wanted to take a family member to view, Alistair was happy to open up & was easy to deal with. Whenever we called, he was very prompt in taking our calls & came back with a response. He was available even after hours including when securing the purchase & rang us straight away to give the good news. We requested a short settlement & Alistair was very obliging in making this happen. It really was a pleasure to deal with him. We were also touched by the generous welcome pack & card he gave us when the purchase was sealed. We wish him every success.
