What a difference!

I started renting a property in January which was disguised as a rose. Soon after acquiring this property I was soon to realise the state and nightmare I was living in. No heater,windows that didn't shut and a draft coming up through the floors,no contact from the agent, or real estate despite hundreds of attempts. VCAT orders and still nothing.possums in the roof that were taking over and mould coming out the taps. As soon as Jae Lukey at Carrum downs O'Brien's took on my case things have rapidly changed. She has found me a new home and the care she has taken has been amazing. She literally has saved me. Living at the other property has affected my mental health and my children's. She has gone above what is considered normal compared to being treated like an animal with the other real-estate. Thank you so much for your empathy, help and understanding Jae.
