We really appreciate the professionalism and expertise of O’Brian Real Estate Carrum Downs / Langwarrin, managing several of our properties. Our dedicated property Manager, Tamara Abbott, is professional in her role by making her visits warm like a friend. It is the small things Tamara does that really impress us, these include: • Strong attention to detail to any issues large or small • Commencing advertising of vacancy well before tenants vacate to ensure minimal vacancy rate • Negotiating leases to ensure best outcomes • Investigating and scrutinizing applications to ensure they are the right fit for our property • Investigates current rental market to obtain the best rental returns • Is fair and caring of the tenants • Addresses issues without haste and engages with the correct trades people to rectify any property issues Tamara is well articulated and is on top of our portfolio by ensuring rental payments are made timely and detailed inspections are carries out twice per year which are completed with reports and photos.
