Simone from day one of the sale of my property was amazing. She was so professional and empathetic and put her customer first focussing on what the customer wants and amazingly sold my property within 4 days of listing with the forcasted price that I wanted. Throughout the whole process Simone was so down to earth, professional and knew her stuff as an agent. I also possess an agents representative licence and work as a consultant and Simone's knowledge is second to none. Her skill set is amazing and she knows her stuff. Simone also worked outside of her office hours to contact myself and give me any updates at all times which I really appreciated which other agents rarely do. She also was very diligent in returning my calls asap whenever I left a message.
