Tanja and Chris are the BEST in the industry and in Chelsea Heights. This is the second property Tanja and her team have successfully sold for us both within 3 weeks of listing. Our first was an investment and this time was our home. Our initial consult was thorough, professional and gave great insight into the current market. The OFI process was seamless as Tanja and her team send reminders and market updates weekly. Tanja went out of her way to guide us in “staging/styling” our property.
