Trust Ricky Goodman!

I live in Queensland but had to travel to Victoria recently to arrange the cleanup & sale of my father's unit in Cheltenham as he (a hoarder, it turned out!) was moving into aged care. The enormity of the job I faced stunned me and I quickly realised my handful of days in Victoria would not be enough to arrange everything needed. In stepped Ricky Goodman from OBrien Real Estate. From the outset Ricky was positive and supportive. OBrien's one-stop-shop with Ricky at the helm arranged cleanup/disposal of the contents, cleaning of the unit (both enormous jobs), photography, & marketing, as well as recommended a local solicitor. Suddenly my million tasks dissolved into 'simply' salvaging my father's memorabilia before the cleanup, & helping to arrange his care. Ricky was at the forefront of all this organisation and activity. Sensitive to my father's stressful new future, Ricky always spoke with him respectfully and positively. He has kept in regular contact with me as the sale has progressed, both while I was in Victoria and since I have returned to Queensland. The unit is now under unconditional contract, at a price my father is delighted with - an incredible relief to both my father and me. As well as being an efficient, trustworthy, and reliable real estate agent, he is a heck of a nice guy! He remained a rock during all my stress while in Victoria, & has continued with his confidence in a positive outcome - knowing full well all the time that it would all turn out alright. And turn out alright is exactly what has happened. I cannot thank Ricky enough for his efforts, and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is honestly worth his weight in gold.
