“I had my house on the market for 3 and a half month with another agent, unfortunately the other agent did not deliver on their promise to sell my home, so I contacted Mina because I noticed he sells most of the properties in the Hunt Club and in a very shorty time frame. When he came out to my property, he told me the reasons that my property wasn’t selling is because the marketing and selling strategy that the other agent was using was completely wrong, and he gave me advise to which direction we should be heading. I do have to say the costs with Mina were higher but it was totally worth it because he ended up having way more buyers through my property within the first week on the market with him, there were even buyers coming from their Narre Warren, Berwick & Endeavour hills office all the time, and we ended up selling the property in only 9 days and for $10,000 more than the other agent ever got us. Also, he was also very friendly & very professional to deal with.” I would recommend Mina to anyone considering selling their house as he is a very nice young man to deal with.
