9-10 red ash close botanic ridge

Having inspected this property twice previously I felt it suited our requirements however believed it was overpriced. To Matts credit we were contacted again 3 weeks later to be advised that the property price was being changed and if we were still interested in putting in a offer. Due to the determination of the agency we decided to inspect the property again and this time made an offer. After negotiation we believe we paid a fair market price.
