very polite, and professional

While my dealings were mainly with the real estate principle, any dealings with Luke were positive, honest and realistic. Very professional, polite and friendly approach. Luke appears a quiet guy and doesn't appear to show the typical negative stereotypes of a real estate, just focused on working hard for the vendor. I felt very trusting with him. Will grow to be an excellent real estate agent. Original discussions and negotiations were with the principle therefore its difficult to score Luke in this area (credibility and negotiation) Overall satisfaction was very good.
