After speaking with Gareth about how he might go about selling my apartment I felt confident to commit to the marketing costs etc. I am glad i followed his advice as he managed to sell my property in a difficult market for a better price that I expected. What I had perceived were high marketing costs actually paid dividends and were more than recouped by the good selling price.
