My in-laws were selling their house and needed a real estate agent - my first thought was to contact Nick Strilakos as he had sold a house that I co-owned with my own mother last year with excellent results. Nick is a go-getter - he is very personable and tells you exactly where the market is at with regards to buying and selling. He provided suggestions to ensure potential buyers would be interested. My in-laws are in their 80"s and required a little time to adjust to the fact that they were selling their house and the processes involved - Nick talked them through the process and gave them the time to digest this information for which I was very grateful. Nick was working with an assistant - Tess who was also very personable - Nick and Tess appeared to have a very good working relationship and both worked towards the goal of selling the house with minimal disruption to my in-laws. Most importantly they kept us all informed of any updates and there were regular meetings to advise the progress. Both Nick and Tess were always available for updates and returned calls efficiently.. When the decision was made to sell the house based on the highest offer Nick had us meet at his office to ensure that we were aware of the whole process. We were amazed that there were 11 offers for the house and that Nick called every potential buyer to advise that the house was about to be sold and that this was their last chance to make their final bid - I really appreciated his honesty and openness of the whole procedure. We were all very pleased when he made the final call to the bidder that my in-laws had agreed to sell their house to - my in-laws appreciated that they had a say as to who bought their house and were very pleased with the final result. I am aware that we had record breaking numbers of people attending the open days and making offers in some considerable time - thus keeping both Nick and Tess very busy providing information to potential buyers - thank you Nick & Tess
