Excellent Outcome

With putting 2 parents into nursing home within months dealing with the house was the easy part due to James’s professionalism. The house sold quickly even though the first contract fell over, due to the purchasers simply changing mind. With that he successfully negotiated with the young couple that really wanted it. Everyone is happy. James has a calm, effective manner which works well with negotiating.
