Professional and Accomodating

The agent was professional and guided us through the process in very detail. We received detailed guidance about the Unit during key collection. The agent diligently followed up with the Owner and Council to set up the Unit for our stay. The agent arranged to fix the issue quickly for washing machine installation. The agent arranged to fix the defects we highlighted and assured us that the safety related issues will be addressed on priority. We received prompt responses to emails, and the agent attended our calls/returned our calls promptly.
