I first made contact with Jared in 2017 and explained to him what I was looking for and my price range. He was very honest with me and explained that what I was looking for was rarely available in the region but he would do what he could to find a property that met most of the criteria. The property that I purchased had been on the market for some time and from the road (as it is a deep block) it looked very ordinary and heavily timbered. Jared took the time to walk the block (40 acres) and found the views at the rear - what a find. I placed the property under contract sight unseen and I couldn't be happier.
