In all my years of experience dealing with agencies from both a renting and buying perspective, One Agency has been wonderful to work with. I'm currently renting in Boat Harbour while I look for potential property to investment in. Ive done this for many years ... rent in the area before buying. Usually I have found the rental section of an agency forgets that people renting are potential customers re buying property and consequently I have witnessed property managers treat people in a shocking manner. It's like a disconnect between those members of staff dealing with rental properties and those selling. Every renter is a potential buyer. I was delighted by the service I received from Kristie, the property manager at your Wynyard branch. Often you're treated as an inconvenience by property managers but my experience with Kristie was quite the opposite ... great expertise, great knowledge of the area and brilliant service. A delight to work with. I highly recommend Kristie and I highly recommend One Agency Wynyard.
