Excellent communication, Carlton had given us great suggestions & assistance the whole way through. It was a long process to get my home ready to sell but Carlton was very patient, gave me great advice and was almost as excited as me when my home sold! And I got a far better price than I ever expected! I couldn't be happier or more thrilled with the experience, being as this was my first time selling a home and I knew absolutely nothing about how to do it. Carlton was very patient with my questions & very helpful with his answers. Plus, he was the only one I wanted to sell through, after hearing so many great recommendations from others.
