Nobody does it better

Our property wasn't going to be easy to sell. For the right person this farm would be ideal but we had to find that elusive 'right buyer'. After the retirement of an former excellent agent we decided to engage Sharyn to try and find this elusive buyer. It took some time but Sharyn never gave up believing that she would find the right person for our little piece of heaven. She persisted through some very difficult and time consuming negotiations with potential buyers until finally Mr. and Mrs. Right came along. In less than a day we had a contract and now, a fortnight later, that contract has gone unconditional. We can only express our deepest gratitude to Sharyn for all the extra care and attention she gave us during this stressful time. Her follow up on potential buyers was consistent and displayed exceptional negotiating skills. Her manner, no matter what the circumstances, is positive, warm and genuine. We wish to extend to her our sincerest thanks for finding the right buyer who will love our property and care for it as we did. Nobody does it better!
