This beautiful upstairs unit boasts excellent views of Jervis Bay. There are TWO fully equipped kitchens, TWO open living rooms, four generous bedrooms, a large north facing balcony with ample seating and a gas BBQ. Staying cool on hot summer days and warm on cool winter nights is a breeze with reverse ducted air conditioning throughout the unit. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the house WIFI.
Take a short stroll to the turquoise waters and white sands of Jervis Bay or walk across the street to Vincentia shopping centre which has cafes, a restaurant, bakeries and Coles supermarket. Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park and Huskisson are a short drive away. There is plenty of on-site parking. Bring your bikes and beach toys and enjoy everything this property and its fantastic location provide.

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
