Staying cool on hot summer days and warm on cool winter nights is a breeze with reverse ducted air conditioning throughout the unit. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the house WIFI. Take a short stroll to the turquoise waters and white sands of Jervis Bay or walk across the street to Vincentia shopping centre which has cafes, a restaurant, bakeries and Coles supermarket. Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park and Huskisson are a short drive away. There is plenty of on-site parking. Bring your bikes and beach toys and enjoy everything this property and its fantastic location provide. *Please note that unit 1 Vincentia Retreat (downstairs) sleeps 6 additional guests and can also be booked subject to availability. OTHER On site parking available. No pets allowed. SECURITY BOND A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners); ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests; PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS This property is surrounded by permanent residents.
