The sales person that look after us for the purchase was Ashley and although was dedicated to get the deal through and we indicated that the tenants have found other and moving out within days therefore, although we preferred vacant position, we agreed to leave "tenanted" on the contract at exchange, however it was a little disappointing to find out days before settlement that the tenants did not have other property to move into and therefore we settled with a tenant to give notice to before we can start any renovations. From an investment view point it is no big deal as we collect on going rent but, disappointing because it was not our understanding. Having said the above, we are extremely happy with the way in which Tracey has recued the situation and working with the tenants.
