Able worked for us

Able did what he said he would, when he said he would. He provided a range of price ranges: - is probably pushing a bit high but you never know until you try - could possibly be achieved if the right buyer was found - should be achieved given the current market conditions - would easily be achieved in today’s market The house sold at the bottom end of the "should be achieved given the current market conditions". We were happy.
