Win-Win Purchase

We relocated into the inner-city area at the end of last year - having bought a townhouse, but still on the lookout for a detached home or opportunity to build. Some agents that we met in that process were unscrupulous and we were unwittingly party to bidding wars over properties we were interested in. So we were not looking forward to jumping back in to find our next property! Luckily the property we thought we would be perfect for us came onto the market recently and it was being handled by agent Scott Ferris. We found Scott easy to deal with; he kept us informed at every stage; and was always accessible for questions or information. We appreciated that we were not being "played" at any stage or kept in the dark during the process. There were a few moments of drama where it appeared we may be "gazumped" in some fashion by another prospective purchaser - and it was to Scott's credit that he stuck to his guns and saw the transaction through regardless. In the end it proved to be a very positive win-win experience for both vendor and purchasers! We are looking forward to starting on our build in the next few months.
