I was concerned when the business was merged with One Agency as I prefer my property management business to be 'stand alone'. However, Ashlee and the team have proven to be reliable and attentive to my property in regards to maintaining the property to a solid standard. Ashlee keeps me fully informed re R&M issues and, as importantly, assessing tenant applications to ensure they are of good quality. She has shown herself to be fearless in managing tenants who are not meeting the standards/terms of the Tenancy Agreement. I trust her to look after my property and prioritise my investment.
