We listed our property with Anthony because we knew we would get an agent who would work for us and follow up with enquires. We had Anthony give us an appraisal some 2 years ago, but due to circumstances we weren’t able to list it then. Anthony kept in contact to see how we were going, so we knew that he would be the person to sell our property as he had great interpersonal skills and persistence without being pushy when we were ready to sell. After listing, Anthony guided us all the way through, in marketing, advertising, and his knowledge of the area and the marketing, and valuation of our house. What we really valued was that the notification of every potential buyer and interest, and the timely feedback on every inspection. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the professional approach and his honesty and character is something to behold. In 5 days we basically were done and dusted.
