Josh should be everyone's first choice

When we first decided to sell our house we were terrified! It has been a building that we turned into our home and really put a great deal of hard work into it. It felt like a while until we actually made the jump, and right from the beginning we received patience and care from Josh and his team. When we finally decided that we would sell, Josh told us that it would be fun. We were dubious - but I can honestly say that it was. Both Josh and Brad communicated openly and honestly throughout the entire process, met with us continuously and out of normal work hours, and provided a great level of guidance. Even the smallest of things were communicated, and nothing was ever too hard. Josh's passion for his work shone through in everything he did. He honestly loves what he does, and creates a brilliant space within which we as vendors were able to feel comfortable and confident in. His unique ability to connect and promote enables him to excel in this field, while still keeping a person centred approach Brad equals Josh’s passion and brings his own amazing flair to real estate. He is the most organised and efficient individual I have ever met, with the same wonderful ability to connect with people and communicate in an open and respectful manner. We have been singing their praises, and recommending them everywhere. I once read that the sale of your house will depend on the agent you choose, and I truly believe that. Josh should be everyone's first choice. We liked them so much we even bought another place through them - and that process was just as great!
