Purchase of 'Targa Farm'
We had been looking for a property in Tasmania for some time and being in Western Australia were limited to searching the net on a weekly basis. We had been looking around the Nunamara, Patersonia, Targa area in particular but had been disappointed at the slim pickings available. One of my friends was been passing through the area on a Thursday and noticed a large One Agency signboard advertising "Targa Farm" for sale. He sent me a text that night, so we went straight to the One Agency website and were completely sold by the end of the video presentation. Bingo! we had found our dream property, coupled with a beautifully renovated home. We had a family member inspect the property on the Saturday and called Josh on the Sunday to make an offer. Josh has a way with people, being naturally amiable and willing to go the extra mile. We were extremely impressed with Josh and one agency's professionalism and response to our needs. By Monday we had bought our property, albeit unseen but with the confidence that we had done the right thing. * Update; As I am writing this it has just gone 8 weeks since that offer was accepted. We have inspected the property, settlement is done and I am delighted to say it is everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you Josh Hart and one agency for making our dreams come true.

Couldn't be happier
I was always reluctant about buying/selling houses as knew how stressful, expensive and heart-wrenching it could all be. However, when we approached Josh and reluctantly asked him to help sell our beloved property, his professionalism, expertise and communication made the whole processes relatively stress free. Not only is Josh a pleasure to work with, but he is just plain "bloody good". After suggesting a strategy, a few tips for presenting our property, and getting his stellar team to photo/film our property for advertising - not only was our property presented so well we had second thoughts about selling - but an offer was made on our property, too good to refuse - above our asking price -, within 6 days of it being placed on the market.Thank you Josh, thank you for exceeding our expectations :) I smugly and proudly recommend you to anyone, even thinking of selling their home :) :)
