I don’t think there can be another person in Launceston that is as good as Josh!

His enthusiasm is infectious, his energy is bursting out of him. He understands real estate at his young age. In our opinion he is the consummate real estate professional and he made us feel that our property was his only listing. We don’t know when he slept cause he gave us so much time. On a daily basis Josh would keep us updated and I felt like a doctor on call. He kept us regularly informed along with the progress he was making. The thing that really amazed us was that the house beside us was on the market and took 2 years to sell. The house opposite was sold by yet another agency over 16 months. And Josh sold our house within 7 weeks! Josh was always there with whoever came down and showed them through the house. It was his dedication, we were just so impressed with Josh, we couldn’t believe it. I don’t think we’ve met anybody like him. We wished we had met him when we first started buying real estate rather than possibly the last sale we will ever make.
