Knowledgeable and efficient

Brook was knowledgeable of the surrounding market and was careful to compare the sale of my home to others selling in the area. Although Brook was able to sell our property in less then a week, nothing that we asked was to much trouble. Being first time sellers we had a lot of questions and Brook was more then happy to answer and explain all of them. She took the time to make sure we understood the process and made sure we were comfortable with every decision made. At no point we’re we rushed or pressured and Brook made the sale a stress free process. Brook was pro-active and efficient throughout the sale and I would definitely recommend her as a sales agent.
