We were at a point where we wanted to sell our property due to not been happy with our previous agent, we had 4 different property managers in a short time, the communication & updates with the agent & our tenants was very poor where we'd often had to chase up calls for weeks. Things that needing fixing & addressing weren't occurring, things that we'd ask for weren't be attended to, we felt that our property & our tenants were not been looked after, we had to make a change or sell. Changing agency was truly the best move for our property & our tenants, we no longer feel like we want to sell. Our property isn't located close to where we live, so we rely on our "property manager" to have open communication with us & our tenants. He assigned us to Cherish, our new property manager, she truly lives up to her title, she's a breath of fresh air, from day one she's been very professional, she's kept us up to date with all correspondence regarding our property, she promptly replied to our emails & calls. Cherish & Tim have addressed all those outstanding issues that our previous agent couldn't do & they have done so in such a short time, they get things done which has left us landlords satisfied knowing our property is been taken care of & it's also reassuring that our tenants are also been looked after. At times Cherish has gone above & beyond for us to insure our property is been looked after, sending through photos as we couldn't be there to inspect or attend the property is really reassuring for us.
