Above and Beyond

I have been working with One Agency for just shy of a year. During that time I have found John and his team to be professional, always available for advice and John deserves five stars for going above and beyond my expectations. When they took on our property, we wanted to organise a lot of work that needed to bring the property up to speed to be acceptable in the rental space within Port Macquarie. John took on this task to project manage all the trades to circulate through the property. Once completed, John was in contact weekly to advise what the rental situation was up to (this happened during COVID). John secured our tenant and has been in regular contact since. I would highly recommend John and the team at One Agency. I never realized renting through an agency would be this easy!
