Great Advice! Understood our plans/intensions and the buyers! I have known Stephan since 2015, when we bought this house we just sold. Even back then he understood our purchasing plans and found the solution…straight forward sale and very happy with that outcome… Now 9 years later 2024 (April), actually no, not yet… I have stay in touch with Stephan, as he has with me over the past nine (9) years, chatting about the property market, seeking his advice and our long-term plans with this home (Rental SMSF Investment Property) So when it was time to act, I reached out to Stephan to sell this property.
