A very easy and well communicated process.
Nick was very transparent with all dealings we had throughout the process and made the whole transition very easy. He stepped in and assisted in areas i would not have expected an agent to do so which was very much appreciated. With the complexities of securing funding through the banks at the moment there were definately hurdles along the way but the patience Nick showed during the process was second to none.

Where do we begin to try and explain how impressed we are with Nick's professionalism and knowledge of the area and current markets. We we introduced to Nick when researching possible options for selling my grandparents house. Knowing that there was a strong chance it would be a private sale within the family, he gave us the information and his own personal opinion if it were him. In doing so he had our best interests at front of mind which in turn made him forgo an easy sale. It was that gesture that brought us back to Nick when he was in the process of getting Nick Sarkis OneAgency branch up and running. Unfortunately my timing was off and we ended up dealing with two of his colleagues due to us wanting the sale to move through and Nick transitioning to his current position at OneAgency. I say "Unfortunately" because his two colleagues were unable to keep me updates on their plans, any movements of prospective buyers. 4 weeks in and they hadn't even put a sign up out the front with no explanation as to why they had dropped the ball. Fast forward two weeks and Nick has completed the transition. I pulled out of the previous agent and landed everything with Nick (as was the plan from the begining). Nick made the time to visit our current home to run through the plans and brain storm multiple plans incase the first or second didnt workout as planned. He gave us multiple options to save costs and maximize exposure. All of this gave us a renewed sense of confidence and we left him to work his magic. Nick was able to secure us an purchase price 40k above what the previous two had managed within 9 days of the listing. Nick continued the excellent communication between ourselves and the purchaser negotiating the contract to work for both parties. I can't reccomend Nick sarkis enough, he's a loyal, genuine and all round top bloke. If you aren't selling with Nick Sarkis OneAgency, your not getting the best. Thanks Nick Jase & Kel
