Genuine and Relaxed
I felt comfortable discussing the sale of my property with Michael straight off the bat. He’s the opposite of what I expect a Real Estate agent to be. He is genuine and took time to talk to me and explain things in a calm, relaxed manner. I never once felt like he was too busy to help me. But more importantly he is extremely professional and knows the market. You would not go wrong having Michael on your team to sell your property. I highly recommend him. 5 stars.

When I arrived for my first meeting with Bret he was well prepared with his research of my property. Probably unfairly, I am a little sceptical of real estate agents and tar them all with the same brush so to speak. I was anticipating a bit of a sales spiel from a guy that rated himself highly. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was so impressed with Bret that I signed at our first meeting. I felt so confident after meeting him that I had the right professional for the job. Bret explained the process, was upfront and open with me about my expectations on sale price, explained potential negatives of the process. Bret recommended I sell via auction but explained to me his reasons for this. I thought he was a bit crazy as he gave me a number he thought he could achieve at sale. A week into the campaign my partner became extremely ill on chemotherapy. I had to ask Bret for the auction to be postponed 2 weeks. It was not a problem for Bret, he rearranged the campaign timetable and actually offered to help me paint my villa which we were doing at the time my partner became unwell. Bret wasn't just saying he'd help to get praise or sound nice, he genuinely meant he'd help! I didn't take him up on the offer, but I will never forget that he made it. What I really respected was that conducted himself in a very honest, genuine way so I never felt like I had to read between the lines or second guess what he was saying. My property was sold prior to auction. Through what I believe to be Bret's passion and drive for real estate he sold my home for well above my expectations. When contracts were exchanged, Bret continued to check in that I was happy and to see whether I had any questions. He is tireless in his efforts. I can't praise him enough. He is just downright lovely bloke, but he knows his stuff. I highly recommend anyone looking, or even considering selling, get in contact with Bret, he made my experience of selling easy and I can honestly say, fun. 5 Stars
