Sophie Poppi is amazing - friendly and professional communication, highly recommended!

Sophie has made the process for my family leaving our own home behind, relocating 3000 kms away and re-entering the rental market after years of being home owners SO EASY. Sophie was able to walk me through the application process with her industry knowledge and was able to answer queries that we had about the region that saved us so much time in chasing things up and it meant that our move was super smooth - Sophie was easy to communicate with and when a few things went astray (10 hours into a 30 hour cross country drive with 4 kids and 2 dogs) I accidentally filled my car with petrol instead of diesel, then after getting back on the road after 4 hours of midnight mechanics my daughter hit a kangaroo and wrote her car off, this meant arriving to collect the keys to our new home was going to be some time during the night - Sophie was flexible and prompt in finding a solution and saving the day and ensuring we would still have a roof over our head. Sophie was also able to sketch a floor plan of the property from memory within the same day that I requested it so I could plan for furniture needs. It was pretty accurate to Sophie! Walking into the property was a huge relief - the power was on, the house was very clean and well presented, such a huge relief! I actually look forward to this chapter of my life renting and the only thing that would make the situation better would be if Sophie could be the property manager for my house in Victoria as I am about to rent it out and am seeking a person who has the same skills and professionalism and the hard to find personality that makes a property manager easy to approach with any queries. I don’t dread or feel like I need to avoid contact with Sophie, she is just that special sort of person.
