•I have stated since the beginning of my move in to this establishment that the sink is not draining properly, handed to us faulty and between my calls to agency and our assigned tenant agent, there was great deal of miscommunication. Tarnya Murtha has thought at first, that we didnt notify the issue via proper communication channels, as we proved that it is otherwise, instead of owning the issue she suggested it could have been easily solved with our efforts. I do not understand why it was expected from us to pay for the issue which was handed to us faulty in the beginning. Due to my time restriction I could not follow the legal procedures. It has damaged the image of Ray White agency on my personal view. Phone calls to agency were great, they were understanding and apologetic for the issue unlike Tarnya Murtha.
