All I can really say is thank you . Your approach is so professional and very helpful through the whole selling experience. When Mel says she is going to do something consider it done . This was great for me as I am an interstate truck driver and not always available on the phone but we did most of it through text and email but I was always kept in the loop . I have never meet Mel face to face but I didn't need to at no time did I feel she didn't have my interest at heart .
