One Percent Property has been with me since the very beginning of my investment journey in Gladstone. Kristen's local knowledge, professionalism, and diligence helped me get started, despite her busy schedule. Kimberley, Jenni, Tracey, Vicki, Mackenzie, and the rest of the team are always on top of everything when it comes to repairs, leasing, and any other property management issues. They consistently return my calls promptly and are always courteous and easy to deal with. What I appreciate most is that they genuinely value both landlords and tenants in all of their dealings.
